Troubleshooting

If the device no longer produces the tingling sensation, follow these steps:

• Step 1) Use a new 9v battery, and make certain that you don't have the dial set to minimum power (rotated fully counter-clockwise).
• Step 2) If still no tingling, re-wet the wrappers with saltwater. Make certain that the area of skin between the wrappers is dry. Also make certain that the wrist strap between the wrappers is dry.
• Step 3) If still no tingling, re-wet the wrappers with tap water and again make certain that the wrist strap between the wrappers is dry.

Plug the LED into the BC socket and connect the battery. If your unit is working, the LED should flash red and green. Turn the Attenuator Dial counter-clockwise to min, then clockwise to Max only for a moment, and back to min. If the LED flashes like that shown in the video, then your unit is working as designed. If not, please contact us.

Testing the sliver Probes with an LED

If the LED flashes when plugged into the BC socket, but the LED does not flash when connected to the Sliver Probes, the Sliver Probes might not be working. Please contact us about that.

If you feel the tingling only at the max power level, and you want more, follow these steps:

• Step 1) Use a new battery, and make certain that you don't have the dial set to minimum power (rotated fully counter-clockwise).
• Step 2) Scrub the skin at electrode locations with soap and water to eliminate skin oils. Rinse and dry. With a fingertip, rub a few drops of salt water into skin at each electrode site.
• Step 3) Dip the probe wrappers into the bottle of salt water solution.
• Step 4) Then put the wrappers under the faucet, and soak for one second - only enough time to soak the wrappers, without washing too much salt out of them.
• Step 5) Make certain that the area of skin between the wrappers is dry. Also make certain that the wrist strap between the wrappers is dry.
• Step 6) The wrappers are two layers thick. If you want even greater tingling, you can remove one layer. But do not let bare metal electrodes touch the skin directly or they might burn the skin causing small red craters that heal slowly).
