What to do if your Package Hasn't Arrived

  • We roll out our materials on our worktable and inspect them very carefully before shipping them. As such, they are fully guaranteed. Should you find any item to be defective, we will replace it free of charge.

  • Be careful when cutting out your materials. But should you make a mistake, that would be no problem. Try sewing it back together. If that doesn't work, let us know and we can sell you a replacement piece.

  • With apologies, we do not accept returns on cut materials. This is to insure that the materials you order from us are brand new, and for example have not been spread on someone else's floor or carpet and contaminated however slightly with pet hairs or dander - or otherwise contaminated, modified, or even looked at except by us.  

    Also, making these kits is time and labor intensive, and the materials are expensive. Should a kit come back to us, it is extremely unlikely that someone else would order the same kit, given our wide range of options. So those cut materials would sit in our returns box for years before being consigned to the landfill. Because of our low prices, we do not have enough profit margin for that. So in order to keep our kit prices down, we can't afford to accept returns.

  • With apologies, after six months after the date of purchase we do not support any aspect of the purchase.

  • Privacy Policy: We use your personal info for the processing of your order only. We do not place it on our mailing list, nor do we make it available to third parties.
